For the last 25 years, Bob Lilienfeld has been a force in the sustainable packaging movement. As Editor of The ULS (Use Less Stuff) Report, he has consistently led the charge for source reduction as the principal strategy behind waste reduction. Along with his co-author, famed garbologist Dr. William Rathje, Bob wrote the critically acclaimed book, “Use Less Stuff: Environmentalism for Who We Really Are,” and penned groundbreaking environmental op-ed pieces for The New York Times, International Herald Tribune, and Boston Globe.
He has most recently served as senior director of marketing for AMERIPEN, and works with organizations such as Dow, Pactiv, ITW, Allied Packaging, the ACC, and BioLogiQ.
Bob holds an BA in Psychology from Northwestern University, and an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
