Exhibiting Policies

  • Due to ballroom space limitations, all freestanding exhibit displays, signs or banners must be no wider than 6 feet. You must purchase an additional space if your exhibit or pop-up display is wider than 6 feet.
  • Exhibit space must be paid in full prior to October 15, 2017.  Those not paid by this deadline will not be listed in the Event Workbook and may lose their space to first company on the waitlist.
